BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Police say a Williston man faces aggravated assault charges for his involvement in a fight Tuesday evening in Burlington.
Burlington Police say Michael Martin, 47, of Williston. was arrested after a fight on Maple Street. They say he was also in possession of drug paraphernalia later determined to be cocaine.
Police say Martin has a lengthy rap sheet with four felony charges with one conviction and 21 misdemeanor charges with 13 convictions, including one with a dangerous/deadly weapon.
He’s due in court on April 9.
