BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Commute challenges are changing for drivers and pedestrians in downtown Burlington today.
Work at the intersection of South Winooski Avenue and Main Street in Burlington has wrapped up and will fully reopen on Monday.
The public parking lot at the northeast corner of Main Street and S. Winooski Avenue is now closed, and that closure is expected to last several months.
But now the construction will focus on sewer replacement, moving to the intersection of Main Street and Pine Street, and the intersection of Maple Street and Church Street. Both intersections will be closed for about four weeks.
