BARNET, Vt. (WCAX) – Two people are dead and two others are injured after a rollover crash in Barnet.
Vermont State Police responded to the crash around 1p.m. Friday on I-91 south.
The car veered off the road, hit a tree and then rolled over.
Vermont State Police, Calex Ambulance, Barnet and St Johnsbury fire departments all responded.
Police said they found 28-year-old Bryana Gillis and 27-year-old Jessica Norrie dead in the car.
Emergency crews transported 44-year old Christian Montandon to the hospital for severe injuries, and 29-year-old Richard Kendall III to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police say no one in the car had seatbelts on.
They are still investigating who was driving during the time of the crash.
