BENNINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A Vermont dentist was arraigned Monday on a charge of prescription fraud.
Officials say they got a tip that Dr. Catherine Cech, 64, of Arlington, Vermont, was buying controlled substances for personal use with her assigned DEA registration number.
Cech pleaded not guilty to the charge on Monday in Vermont Superior Court in Bennington.
The judge released Cech on conditions that restrict her access to controlled substances.
