RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) – Neighbors in Rutland appeared in a heated meeting, debating whether or not a new building meets city zoning laws.
The Developmental Review Board asked questions and listened to arguments over a proposed cannabis grow site on East Washington Street earlier this evening.
Members of the board are seeking more information, while those against the plans are looking to have the approved home business appealed.
The appeal hearing will continue until May 1st.
