Child reportedly thrown from pickup truck, Vt. police say

BERLIN, Vt. (WCAX) – Police are asking the public for help identifying a driver in connection with a child cruelty case.

It happened on Ames Drive in Berlin on Saturday. Police say they got a report that a child was thrown from a pickup truck, and then got back inside it and the truck drove away.

Now, police are trying to identify the man behind the wheel. They say it was a gray four-door truck with Vermont plates and Dallas Cowboys stickers in the back window. The driver is described as a white man about 5′10″.
