MALONE, N.Y. (WCAX) – An apartment complex five years in the making is finally opening its doors in Malone.
Citizen Advocates’ complex, known as Harison Place, held a ribbon cutting today to celebrate the project’s completion.
All 40 apartments are for people earning 60% of the median area income. Some apartments also include mental health services and job training.
the nonprofit also says there are one, two, and three-bedroom apartments that can be used for sober living, transitional, or affordable housing.
