PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – Three tobacco stores in Plattsburgh were given notices of violation by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, or OCM.
A spokesperson with OCM says storefronts at 41 Clinton Street, 132 Irish Settlement Road, and 83 Margaret Street were given the notices.
They add the violations were given after a regulatory inspection was conducted and it was discovered that illegal THC products were being sold. OCM says the businesses are facing financial penalties and have been given a timeline for when the sales must end.
