N.H. man arrested after shooting incident outside of Claremont McDonald's

CLAREMONT, N.H. (WCAX) – Police in New Hampshire made an arrest after reports of gunfire in a McDonald’s parking lot.

Officers in Claremont say they got a call around 9:00 p.m. Saturday after a report of shots fired.

Witnesses say people in two cars got into a fight, and as one vehicle left, someone in it fired a gun out of the window.

Police say that the car then hit multiple other cars and eventually crashed.

The driver, 22-year-old Dylan Lyles was arrested.

Police say his passenger may have been seriously injured in the crash, but no other injuries were reported.

Lyles faces multiple charges including reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.
