PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – Plattsburgh residents on Tuesday can get a glimpse of the future of their town.
The town will hold a public information session to gather input from residents on an application for state funding to help revitalize the downtown.
The meeting will present potential projects to include in the Downtown Revitalization Initiative Application. That program offers funding to help communities develop their downtowns into hubs for business and vibrant activity. Plattsburgh is seeking $10 million in funding.
Residents can learn more about the projects and ask questions about the process.
The deadline for the latest round of funding is in October.
Tuesday’s meeting is 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at the Town Hall.
