Vt. Air National Guard to fly F-35s at night this week

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – The Vermont Air National Guard is planning night flights in their F-35s this week.

The Guard says the 158th Fighter Wing will conduct night flying training Oct. 15-18.

They say all flights are scheduled to be over by 9 p.m.

Guard officials have said in the past that night flying is a required and important part of their pilot training.
