Williston, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermonters flew flags and decorated trucks in support for former President Donald Trump Saturday.
The group gathered in Williston and drove to Essex Junction, honking their horns.
Rutland resident Gregory Thayer said he’s held other rallies earlier this year and during the last election season, and is thinking of holding another one closer to election day.
“I believe in what he did in the four years that he was in office,” Thayer said. “How we were safer, the economy was doing good. There wasn’t the inflation, it was like one point seven percent. Gas was affordable.”
