WOLCOTT, Vt. (WCAX) – The town of Wolcott will get a new wastewater treatment center thanks to federal funding.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Northern Border Regional Commission said the town will receive $750,000 to support the construction of a new, more flood-resilient system.
Town officials hope the new public system encourages business development and entices visitors to stop by while passing through on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail.
