Dragonheart Vermont donates Dragon Boat Festival proceed to UVM’s Osher Center for Integrated Health

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Dragonheart Vermont is giving thousands of dollars to medical research.

The organization presented a $15,000 check to its boat festival pledge partner, the Osher Center for Integrated Health at UVM.

The Osher Center connects clinicians, researchers, and educators to combine and spread healthcare resources and information.

The Dragon Boat Festival supports cancer survivors in our community, and WCAX has been a proud sponsor of the Dragon Boat Festival since the first event in 2006.
