RANDOLPH, Vt. (WCAX) – An Orange County hospital is on life support and now community leaders want to hear from residents.
The Gifford Heath Center is holding a forum Tuesday night to discuss the facility’s future and access to rural health care in the region.
Patients and community members are invited to share their experiences with the hospital, and concerns after a report recommends closing or repurposing some hospital facilities. That includes the inpatient unit, birth center, and emergency department.
The forum is Tuesday night at 6 at the Vermont State University Randolph campus.
