CONCORD, N.H. (WCAX) – With just a few weeks left in office new Hampshire’s governor is making some final decisions as he heads out the door.
Governor Chris Sununu says executive orders from past governors are still in effect.
He says orders stay in effect until a governor rescinds them and there is no record of that happening.
In response, Sununu issued an executive order of his own, rescinding 145 past executive orders from the past 20 years, that are now unnecessary.
