BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont is kicking off International Data Privacy Week by telling you how to keep your information safe.
According to the National Cybersecurity Alliance, this week is dedicated to empowering businesses and individuals to respect and safeguard data.
This year’s theme is ‘Take Control of Your Data’, drawing attention to the data about you online and how you can manage its use.
Representatives and Vermont’s attorney general host a press conference in Montpelier at noon on Monday to kick off the week.
